There are four Mitsubishi L200 specs to choose from, ranging from the utilitarian 4Life to the luxurious Barbarian. Prices and specifications vary quite a lot, and this article breaks down what exactly you’re getting for your money.
Mitsubishi L200 4Life
The Mitsubishi L200 4Life is aimed at the utilitarian end of the market and, as such, is the only version available as a single, extended (Club) and double cab. There isn’t much equipment as standard, although all the basics are included like electric windows, air conditioning, remote control central locking and an Easy Select 4WD system with traction control and a locking rear differential.
On the outside, there’s colour-coded bumpers, and side steps and 16-inch alloy wheels on the Club and double cab. Infotainment is provided by radio/CD player with Bluetooth and USB connectivity and steering-wheel mounted controls.
Priced at £17,999 for the single-cab, £18,999 for the Club cab and £20,249 for the double cab, subject to VAT.
Mitsubishi L200 Titan
Moving up to the L200 Titan, customers also receive colour-coded wheelarch extensions, dual-zone climate control and reach and rake adjustable steering wheel. There are also more safety systems, including lane departure warning, front fog lights and rain and dusk sensors.
The Easy Select 4WD is replaced with a fly-on-the-shift Super Select 4WD which features an automated rear diff lock. The L200 Titan is priced at £21,249 plus VAT.
Mitsubishi L200 Warrior
Warrior-spec models add a rear reversing camera, LED daytime running lights, leather seats all-round which are heated in the front, a power driver’s seat, electrically-adjustable and heated door mirrors and xenon headlights.
The standard infotainment system is replaced with a DAB system with a 7-inch touchscreen display with satellite navigation. There is also the option of a five-speed automatic transmission and rear bumper to protect the rear end, although this restricts the opening of the tailgate to 90 degrees (from 180). The L200 Warrior is priced at £23,549 plus VAT.
Mitsubishi L200 Barbarian
The flagship Barbarian model is the most expensive of the Mitsubishi L200 specs, and comes with illuminated door entry guards, blue LED footwell lighting and puddle lamps, premium leather seats, exterior enhancement pack (mesh front grille, door handle recesses/fuel filler/tail lamp/tailgate handle bright trim) and a soft opening tailgate, and is priced at £24,299 plus VAT
